Fern McCann Urges Boyfriend To Immediately Contact Police Over Acid Club Attack:
Reality TV star Ferne McCann has urged her boyfriend Arthur Collins, 25, from Hertfordshire to turn himself in after a manhunt was launched by detectives investigating a suspected acid attack at an east London nightclub.
20 people were injured when a noxious substance was sprayed at clubbers at trendy Hackney venue Mangle on Monday.
Her spokeswoman said: “Ferne is aware that the police wish to speak to Arthur Collins and the nature of the accusations against him.
“Obviously these are highly shocking and Ferne has co-operated with the police in their inquiries. She was not with Arthur on Sunday night, was not at Mangle and has no direct knowledge of the events that unfolded. As much as anybody she wants to know the truth and urges Arthur to co-operate fully with the police and attend a police station immediately.”
The Met Police appeal for information on Mr Collins’ whereabouts, released on Tuesday, came on the same day Ms McCann revealed she had planned to marry the businessman.
The couple first dated in June 2016 before splitting and had appeared on the front cover of this week’s OK magazine discussing their future plans after rekindling their romance in March this year.
Ms McCann has now deleted Collins from ALL social media accounts
Police have warned the public not to approach Mr Collins but to call 999 immediately if they see him.
